Sponsored Subscription Terms

These Sponsored Subscription Terms (the "Sponsorship Terms") govern any tradeSteward subscription that is discounted or paid for, in whole or in part, by a partner brokerage (a "Sponsored Subscription"). By enrolling in a Sponsored Subscription you agree to these Sponsorship Terms in addition to the tradeSteward Terms of Service, which remain in full effect. If these Sponsorship Terms conflict with the Terms of Service with respect to a Sponsored Subscription, these Sponsorship Terms control.

1. Eligibility Requirements
   Each Sponsored Subscription offer is subject to the eligibility requirements published at the time of enrollment, which may include, without limitation: maintaining a minimum combined account value, including cash, across your accounts at the sponsoring brokerage; holding an active qualifying brokerage plan before enrollment and at all times thereafter (for example, an active Tradier Pro Plus plan is required before enrolling in a Tradier-sponsored subscription); keeping the sponsoring brokerage account linked to, and enabled within, the Service; maintaining a qualifying tradeSteward subscription level and billing interval; and meeting any trading activity requirements disclosed at enrollment.
   
   
2. Attestation and Verification
   You warrant that any attestation you make regarding your eligibility, including your brokerage plan status, is truthful and accurate. You authorize Us to verify your eligibility, including your combined account value and brokerage plan status, with the sponsoring brokerage at enrollment and at any time thereafter for as long as you hold a Sponsored Subscription.
   
   
3. Losing a Sponsored Subscription
   Your Sponsored Subscription will be removed if at any time you cease to meet any eligibility requirement, including, without limitation:
   • your combined account value at the sponsoring brokerage falling below the required minimum;
   • your qualifying brokerage plan lapsing, being cancelled, or being found inactive, including an inactive Tradier Pro Plus plan for a Tradier-sponsored subscription;
   • unlinking, disabling, closing, or defunding the sponsoring brokerage account;
   • changing your tradeSteward subscription to a non-qualifying level or billing interval;
   • failing any trading activity requirement disclosed at enrollment; or
   • any misrepresentation of your eligibility.
   
   
4. Offer Suspension, Modification and Termination
   We, or the sponsoring brokerage, may suspend, modify, or terminate any Sponsored Subscription offer, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. Suspension or termination of an offer may result in the removal of your Sponsored Subscription even if you continue to meet every eligibility requirement.
   
   
5. Billing After Removal
   If your Sponsored Subscription ends for any reason, the sponsorship and any associated discount will be removed, and you agree that you will be liable for the full cost of your subscription at the then-current price for your subscription level beginning with your next billing cycle, unless you cancel your subscription prior to its renewal. Removal of a sponsorship does not entitle you to any refund or credit for amounts already billed.
   
   
6. Discounts Are Not Restored
   Sponsored Subscriptions cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer. Any promotional discount you relinquished in order to enroll in a Sponsored Subscription will not be restored if your Sponsored Subscription ends.
   
   
7. Amendments
   We may amend these Sponsorship Terms from time to time. Your continued use of a Sponsored Subscription after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Sponsorship Terms.
