Connection note: Schwab requires reauthorization every seven days. tradeSteward warns you before the connection expires so you can renew it in under a minute.

Tradier authorizes through its own site, needs no separate API enrollment and stays connected without weekly maintenance.

tradeSteward customers with a linked Tradier account on an active Tradier Pro Plus plan, and a minimum $10,000 combined account value, can run the Trader 8 plan free*, or take $99.99 per month off any bigger monthly bot plan. Applicable commissions and fees still apply on trades executed.

TradeStation requires a dedicated secondary username for tradeSteward so its automated connection can run at the same time as your TradeStation desktop, web or mobile platform.

tradeSteward customer pricing:
  • $0 on equity options trades placed through tradeSteward.
  • $0.50 per executed contract for index options placed through tradeSteward, including exchange fees.
Direct-routed option orders are $1.00 per contract per execution. Other fees and TradeStation promotion conditions may apply.

Set up your free secondary login

  1. Contact TradeStation support and request a free secondary username for tradeSteward. Mention that you are a tradeSteward customer so TradeStation can waive the monthly username fee.
  2. Connect that dedicated secondary username to tradeSteward.
  3. Keep using your primary username in TradeStation's desktop, web and mobile platforms to prevent simultaneous-login disconnects.
