New features, product enhancements, and ongoing improvements to the leading one-stop service for automated options trading, tracking and backtesting with the industry's only 1-second tick backtester.
Every part of tradeSteward now has a written guide behind it. The Knowledge Base is live at www.tradesteward.com/kb: 86 (and growing) illustrated articles across seven categories, covering account setup, bot building, broker connections, strategies, Backtick backtesting, performance reporting, and account and billing. Open to everyone (subscriber or not), answer all your questions and then some before getting started or brush up with deep dives.
The landing page opens on a search box that filters all 86 articles as you type, matching titles, keywords and summaries. Each result carries a one-sentence summary and the category path it lives under, so you can tell a quick answer from a deep reference before you click. If you would rather browse, the "Where do you want to start?" cards and the category chips beneath the search box drop you straight into a section.
These are not one-paragraph FAQ entries. Articles walk the real workflow using the real field names, and 141 captioned screenshots of the live interface are embedded across them so you can match what you are reading to what is on your screen. 23 articles carry the matching tutorial video from the Video Vault, and 226 links point straight to the tradeSteward page being described. Longer articles open with an "On this page" jump list and close with related articles plus previous and next links.
The Knowledge Base is wired into the app rather than parked beside it. Click any help icon on the bot form and the full explanation opens in a modal with a "Read more in" link to the article that covers that setting in depth. "Learn more" links now sit on the trading dashboard, View Bots, broker linking, account settings, notification preferences, the trade log, and every major Backtick page. Knowledge Base has also joined the Support menu.
Head to the Knowledge Base and search for whatever you were about to ask us. If an article does not answer your question, use the thumbs down at the bottom of it so we know where to dig deeper.
