Reports Now Include Your Disabled and Closed Accounts

Disabling an account, or having your broker close one, used to erase it from every report. The account vanished from the picker, and with it every balance and chart it had ever produced. That history is reachable again.

Any account you have disabled, or that your broker has closed, is now offered in a report's account selector as long as it actually has data for that report. Accounts with nothing to show stay hidden, so the list never fills with empty options.

Active and inactive, clearly separated

Account pickers are grouped. Accounts you are currently trading appear under Active. Disabled and broker-closed accounts appear under Inactive, so a dormant account is never mistaken for a live one.

One combined view, two ways

Every report offers two aggregates. "All Accounts" covers the accounts you are currently trading, which is what these reports have always shown. Directly beneath it, "All Accounts (incl. inactive)" widens the same view to take in your disabled and closed accounts.

The change reaches Balance History, Balance Charts, the Calendar report, Performance Volatility, Account vs Market, and the Trade Log. Order Counts now also lists brokers whose accounts are all disabled, so a wound-down broker's history stays available.

More accurate multi-account totals

We also enhanced the Calendar report to make its multi-account math more accurate. Each account's balance is now tracked separately across the month, so an account that does not report on a given day is held at its last known balance instead of dropping out of the running total. Day-over-day changes reflect only real movement. Deposits and withdrawals still come only from reported days, and single-account calendars are unchanged.

Open any balance report and check the Inactive group to see an old account's numbers again.
