Join the tradeSteward Discord

The tradeSteward Discord is where the community lives: live support, trader chat, and real-time service status.

Anyone can join the server, and subscribers can verify their account to unlock the verified user channels, including Support Chat and Verified Users Chat.

Join the server

Head to the Discord Verification page and select Join the tradeSteward Discord, or use the invite link shown in Account Settings. That gets you into the public parts of the server right away.

Verify your subscription

Verified user channels require an active tradeSteward Bots or Backtick subscription. Verification takes three steps on the Discord Verification page:

  1. Join the tradeSteward Discord server if you have not already.
  2. Find your Discord username. Verification uses your unique Discord username, not your display name or a server nickname.
  3. Enter the username in the Discord Username field and select Update.

You can also add or change your Discord username from the User Information card in Account Settings. Once verified, your account shows the username as active for the verified channels.

To disconnect, select Remove (or Unlink Discord Account on the verification page) and confirm. Unlinking removes your access to the verified user channels until you verify again.

  Discord is a great place for quick questions, but for account-specific help the Contact Support form is the surest path to the support team.
