Manage Your Bots from the View Bots Page

Last updated July 17, 2026

The View Bots page is mission control for your fleet: see every bot's status and performance, turn bots on and off, and act on many bots at once.

Open the View Bots page

From the top navigation, open the Bots menu and choose View Bots. The page lists every bot on your account with its current state and lifetime results.

Read the bot table

Each row shows the essentials for one bot: Bot Name, Enabled, Status, Symbol, Account, Leg Specs, Quantity, Entry, Exit, Last Trade, Trades, YTD P/L, All Time P/L, Qty 1x P/L, Win Rate, Strategy, and Notes.

The Status column uses icons: a running figure means the bot is In Trade, a clock means it is Waiting for its next entry, and a pause icon means it is Disabled. A muted running figure means the bot was disabled while still in a trade, so it will finish managing that trade but will not open another.

A Multi-Entry bot's row rolls up its entries: the Entry column lists each enabled entry time, with any disabled entries called out on their own Disabled: … line beneath, and the Quantity column shows Varies (linking to the entries view) whenever the entries are not all sized the same.

Each row pairs an Enabled switch with a status icon: a runner while in a trade, a pause icon otherwise.

Use the filter card at the top to narrow the list: View by Account, View by Strategy, View by Bot Status, View by Entry Day, View by Symbol, and Filter by Tags. The Include Webhook/Partial Finish/One-Offs in Stats selector controls whether manually launched and webhook trades count in the P/L columns. Click Get Bots to apply, or type in Search by Bot Name to narrow the table instantly.

Enable and disable bots

Flip the toggle in the Enabled column to turn a bot on or off. Disabling a bot that is in a trade does not abandon the trade: the bot keeps managing it to completion, then stays off. Your subscription sets how many bots can be enabled at once; if you hit the ceiling you will see a Maximum Bots Enabled notice, and you can upgrade from Account Settings or disable something else first. If a bot's brokerage account is disabled, enable the account on Manage Linked Brokers before turning the bot on.

Act on a single bot

The Actions column gives you one-click access to Edit Bot, View Bot Activity, View Bot Settings History, Run Backtick, Clone to New Bot, View Bot Performance Log, View Bot Trades, Bot Sharing, and Delete Bot. Deleting asks you to confirm first.

A Multi-Entry bot also shows a people-and-gear View Entries icon next to its name. It opens Viewing Entries of that bot, listing every entry with its own activity, trades, and performance actions.

To fire a trade outside the bot's schedule, use Launch Now from the enabled bots list on the Trading Dashboard. You will be asked for a quantity unless the bot has Set Launch Now/Webhook Size turned on in its settings.

Work on many bots at once

Click Select Multiple to reveal checkboxes, then pick your bots (or Select All). The bulk bar lets you Toggle Selected, Edit Selected, Tag Selected, Change Quantity, Create Backtick, Consolidate, or Delete Selected. Bulk toggling shows you exactly which bots will be enabled and which disabled before anything happens, and bulk delete requires an explicit confirmation checkbox. Consolidate hands the selection to the wizard that combines bots into a Multi-Entry bot.

Archive instead of delete

Archiving retires a bot without losing its records. Confirm in the Confirm Bot Archive dialog and the bot is disabled and hidden from the bots list; for a Multi-Entry bot this covers all of its entries too. Turn on the Show Archived toggle to see archived bots and restore them. Restored bots stay disabled until you re-enable them.

Prefer archiving over deleting for any bot that has traded: deletion is permanent, while an archived bot keeps its trade history in your reporting and can be restored the day you want it back.
Editing several bots from here hands the selection to Bulk Edit Bots, so you can change one setting across the whole group in a single pass. If you flip the same group of switches regularly, put those bots in a Bot Portfolio and enable or disable them as one unit instead.

A simple daily routine

Most management fits in a two minute scan. Check the Status column for anything unexpected: a bot you thought was on showing Disabled, or a bot In Trade later in the day than usual. Glance at Last Trade and YTD P/L for bots that have gone quiet or gone cold, and open Bot Activity for anything you cannot explain from the table. Before the open, the Bot Day Planner shows which bots are scheduled to enter today, which is the fastest way to confirm the fleet matches your plan for the session.
