Live Account Monitor
The Live Account Monitor turns a whole screen into a wall of live intraday charts, one card per account, sized to fill the display with nothing to scroll. It is built to be left running all day on a spare monitor or TV.
Open the monitor
From the Tracking menu, choose Live Account Monitor under Account, or go to /trading/monitor.
How the wall is laid out
Cards fill the screen and the page never scrolls. One large focus card gets the most room, the remaining accounts sit on smaller rail and grid cards, and the layout sizes itself automatically to however many accounts you have selected. An optional combined All Accounts card charts every selected account together, so one glance covers the whole operation.
The settings bar
A settings bar runs across the top of the wall. Its chevron collapses it out of the way, and while it is collapsed a small tab hangs under the navigation bar to reopen it. The controls, left to right:
- Accounts: chips for your linked accounts; pick which ones appear on the wall.
- P&L: a two-way toggle between Account P&L, the whole account including anything you traded by hand, and Bot P&L, only what your bots produced. It is the same distinction the Balance and Profits Over Time page draws with its Account P/L and Bot P/L toggle.
- Hide $: replaces every dollar figure with its percentage of the account's start-of-day net liquidation value.
- Strategies: shows or hides the per-strategy line on each card.
- Trades: shows or hides the trade markers on the charts.
- Silence, under Alerts: holds back popup alerts while the wall is up, and shows a count of how many it is holding so nothing is lost silently.
Reading a card
Each card leads with the account name and a Today: line showing the day's dollar figure, a trend arrow, and the percentage, above an intraday chart of the day so far. Status rows beneath the chart summarize the day's bot trading:
- Bot Profits: what your bots have made or lost today.
- Bot PCR: the bots' premium capture rate for the day.
- Opened: net premium opened today.
- Open Now: the premium still open right now.
The focus card has the room to list every strategy that traded today; the smaller rail and grid cards keep to a Best: and Worst: line instead. Every card carries an Updated HH:MM ET stamp so you always know how fresh the numbers are, and outside trading hours the cards switch to a market-closed state.
How often it refreshes
While the market is open, the charts redraw every 30 seconds and the profit figures under them update every few seconds, so the numbers on the wall stay current between chart redraws. Once the market closes, the monitor backs off to a check every 5 minutes, so it is fine to leave it running around the clock.
Where this fits with the other reports
The monitor answers "how is today going, right now." When you want to act on today's trades rather than watch them, use the Trading Dashboard, which carries the position management tools; for how the account has done over weeks and months, use Balance and Profits Over Time; and for the record of the fills behind today's chart, open the Account Trade Log.
