Monthly Calendar Report

The Calendar Performance Report lays your profit and loss onto a monthly calendar, one cell per trading day, so your best and worst days jump out immediately.

Open the calendar

From the Tracking menu, choose Monthly Calendar Report under Account, or go to /trading/balance/calendar.

Choose an account and month

Two dropdowns control the report:

• Select Account: a single linked account, or All Accounts for every active account combined. An account you have disabled or closed at the broker keeps its calendar history: it stays listed under Inactive, and All Accounts (incl. inactive) folds it into the combined figures.
• Select Month/Year: any month tradeSteward has balance history for. The list updates to match the account you picked.

Click Get Calendar to build the report.

Read the days

Each trading day shows the profit or loss for that day along with how many trades filled. Green days were profitable, red days lost money, and the shading deepens with the size of the move. The trade count links straight to the Account Trade Log filtered to that date, so you can go from "what happened Tuesday?" to the exact fills in one click, and the chart icon on each day opens that day's intraday chart.

Ways to use the calendar

The calendar is the fastest report for spotting patterns tied to the day of the week or to specific market events. If losses cluster on certain days, review the bots that traded those days and consider tightening their entry filters or adjusting their days of week to enter. Pair it with the Balance and Profits Over Time charts when you want the longer trend instead of the day-by-day picture.
