Get Help: Support, Video Vault, and What's New

Last updated July 4, 2026

When you have a question, tradeSteward gives you three places to turn: live help on Discord, a direct message to the support team, and a library of video walkthroughs.

Contact support

The Support page (Support menu, then Contact Support) offers two ways to get in touch:

  • Join the tradeSteward Discord. The community server is the fastest way to get a response. You can interact with other traders, get instant updates on tradeSteward service status, open support tickets, and chat with the support team in real time. See Join the tradeSteward Discord for how to link your account.
  • Send a message. The support form asks for your email address, name, and what kind of user you are, then lets you pick a question type: bots general questions, a specific bot trade issue, performance tracking, account issues, subscription issues, broker connection issues, or something else. If you pick a bot trade issue, a field appears asking for the name of the bot you are having trouble with. Include as much detail as you can in the message and click Submit.

The support form: the question type you pick routes your message to the right eyes.
Naming the exact bot and the approximate time of the trade you are asking about helps support find your answer much faster.

If you belong to a trading group that manages its own support, the form tells you your message will go to your group's support team instead of tradeSteward directly.

Learn from the Video Vault

The Video Vault (Support menu, then tradeSteward Video Vault) is a curated collection of video guides organized by topic: Configuring Bot Settings, Trading Dashboard, Performance Tracking, Linking Broker Accounts, Strategies, Account Settings, and Backtick. Each section holds short walkthroughs, from creating a simple bot to naming bots, assigning strategies, and picking trading accounts.

The videos pair well with this knowledge base: watch a walkthrough to see a flow end to end, then use the matching article as your reference while you work.

Follow product updates in What's New

New features and improvements are announced on the What's New page, which you can also open from the bullhorn icon in the navigation bar. The feed can be filtered by category, product area, and month, so you can catch up on exactly the parts of tradeSteward you use. When something in the app looks different from what you remember, What's New is the quickest way to find out what changed.
