Bot Portfolios
Bot Portfolios group bots so you can enable or disable them together, even when they live in different accounts.
Open Bot Portfolios from the Bots menu, or go to /trading/bots/portfolios. A portfolio is a named collection of bots that you switch on and off as one unit. It is a control grouping, not a reporting one: strategies organize your profit and loss, tags label things for filtering, and portfolios flip switches.
Create a portfolio
Two buttons at the top of the page create portfolios in different ways:
- Create From Enabled Bots captures your currently enabled bots in one step. Give the portfolio a name (up to 80 characters, renamable later) and optionally limit which accounts to pull from with the Include Enabled Bots From account toggles. Leave the toggles blank to include enabled bots from every active account. Only bots that are enabled at that moment are captured; you can add more later from the manage dialog.
- Create From Selected Bots starts empty and lets you hand-pick. Click Select Bots to open the bot selector, filter by Account, Strategy, Status, or a name search, tick the bots you want, and click Add Selected Bots.
The Your Portfolios table
Each portfolio shows its Name, bot count, Status, and Last Updated time. Status reflects the bots inside: Enabled when they are all on, Disabled when they are all off, and Partial when it is a mix. The Active bots counted summary above the table shows how many enabled bots you are using against your plan's limit.
Row actions are Enable, Disable, Manage, and Backtick. Enable is unavailable when your subscription does not allow enabling bots, and enabling a portfolio counts its bots against your plan's bot limit just like enabling them one at a time.
Manage a portfolio
The Manage dialog is where a portfolio's membership lives. From there you can rename the portfolio with the pencil icon, click Add Bots to bring in more bots, or remove a bot from the portfolio with the remove control on its row. The bot list filters by Account, Strategy, Status, and search, so large portfolios stay navigable.
Enable Portfolio opens the Enable Portfolio Options dialog first. Along with turning the portfolio on, you can optionally pick bots outside the portfolio to disable at the same time with Disable Other Bots, which makes it easy to switch from one configuration of your account to another in a single action. Disable Portfolio turns every bot in the portfolio off.
That switch-in-one-action pattern is the everyday payoff. Keep an everyday portfolio and a defensive one with smaller, wider setups: when conditions change, Enable Portfolio with Disable Other Bots swaps the whole account posture in one confirmation instead of a dozen individual toggles.
Backtest a whole portfolio
The Backtick action on a portfolio row opens Run Portfolio Backtick, which creates a backtest that includes every bot in the portfolio and queues it in one step. It uses your Backtick defaults for dates, starting balance, and commissions, and requires a Backtick subscription. See Create Your First Backtick for how runs are queued and where results land.
To review the live risk of the bots you have grouped, Bot Portfolio Net Delta totals the current net delta of your open positions by strategy and account.
