Create Your Account and Log In

Last updated July 3, 2026

Creating a tradeSteward account takes a couple of minutes: sign up, verify your email, and log in.

Head to the registration page and fill in your details:

  • First name and Last Name
  • E-mail Address (this becomes your login)
  • Phone Number
  • Password and Confirm Password

The registration form: six fields and a Submit button stand between you and your account.

When you press Submit, the Terms of Service open for review. Choose I Agree to finish creating your account.

Passwords must be at least 10 but no more than 72 characters long, with one uppercase and one lowercase letter, one digit, and one special character from ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ). Tip: a password manager makes this painless, and once you are in you can add a passkey and barely type the password again.

Verify your email

tradeSteward sends a one-time verification code to the email address you provided. Enter the code on the verification page to confirm your address. Mistyped your email? Use Update Email Address on that page to correct it and a new code will be sent.

Once verified, sign in from the login page with your email and password. A few options make future logins easier and safer:

  • Remember me stores your email address on that device for faster login. Skip it on shared or public computers.
  • Sign in with Passkey lets you log in with your device's fingerprint, face unlock, or screen lock instead of typing a password. Create a passkey any time from Account Settings.
  • Forgot your password? starts a reset by email.

If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you will be asked for a 6-digit code after your password. Check Trust this device and skip this next time to stop reprompting on a device you own, and give it a Device Name you will recognize.

The two-factor step: enter the code from your authenticator app, and trust the device to skip this next time.

What's next

Your first login lands on the Trading Dashboard, where a welcome window introduces the layout and points you at the Video Vault and the tradeSteward Discord. The dashboard will be quiet until a broker is linked and a bot is running, and that is normal.

Two steps stand between you and your first automated trade: picking a plan and connecting your broker. Set Up Your First Bot walks the whole path in order, and Account Security shows how to add a passkey and two-factor authentication while you are at it.
